MW Credit collects and uses information you provide through our services and communications, including contact and identification details, account and transaction information, payment records, receipts, messages and supporting documents. We use this information to administer our business relationship, provide and improve services, communicate with you, manage payments and outstanding obligations, verify records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Our service providers may process information using automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist these activities.
Sharing and authorization
By providing information and using our services, you acknowledge this notice and authorize MW Credit to use and share your information for the purposes described here, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may disclose relevant information to our personnel, authorized representatives, technology and AI service providers, payment and collection service providers, professional advisers, authorities and parties involved in a lawful transfer of our business or contractual rights, where necessary and permitted. Processing may take place outside your country. Where separate consent is required, we obtain it before the relevant processing. This notice does not authorize unrestricted public disclosure.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and applicable obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information and limit access to authorized parties.

Please identify your relationship with MW Credit and the information concerned; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
